Whelp, a bit of a reshuffle and a long delay, and Smilocide Tales finally enters its third chapter. I moved this chapter up a bit to keep with the rule that each chapter features at least ONE character already depicted somewhere else in Smilocide media. In the case of Dr. Cohl, it’s just one character, only briefly. See if you can figure out who it will be! Or don’t. that’s fine too.
